He proposes deregulation of small business creation, including his “First Three Are Free” Plan allowing employers of “any business or household to designate up to employees as independent contractors, (June 5, 2011)” allowing businesses to avoid paying benefits to such employees, but not have to pay taxes. Person also estimates that nearly 7 million jobs can be created by allowing small business to train “personal assistants” to help them in management.
